About Us | Modern Living House

Who We Are

Designing homes for the way people live today

Modern Living House was founded to help homeowners update their spaces for a modern lifestyle: open, connected, efficient and easy to maintain.

We combine interior and exterior design with skilled renovation and specialist upgrades such as smart security, fire safety, roofing, windows and solar. Because everything is planned by one team, the result is a home where design and function work in harmony.

We value clarity in everything we do, from clean design to straightforward proposals and consistent communication.
